Hi my name is Sue Harris, I started my business in 2003, I work on my own, making Marmalades, Jams, Chutneys, doing all by hand. My husband helps me with the peeling of Shallots and Onions.
I do craft markets, food festivals,charity fairs.also Moreton in Marsh market on a Tuesday.(from April to December)
During a recent inspection from Food Safety and Hygiene,June 2011, I was given 4 star rating.
